Documents are almost as good as the original, and with the document feeder you can just walk away and come back when the job is complete. Copies have great resolution and are produced quickly as well. When and if it dies, I will definitely buy another. I had my whole office set-up through CompUSA's business service and they had no problems with the installation. I've even used the sheet feed document scanner and it works unbelievably well on black and white text documents.
