I have the Easycap plugged in, how do I get Encoder to recognise or display it? Will this allow me edit the files previously digitized. Where have you download this new driver? Be carefull recording takes a lot cqmera place on hard disk. Do you know anything about how to shield this device? Right clicking on my device in Device Manager, and selecting Properties, then the Wirelexs tab, then click the Properties item at top, and selecting Device instance path, my device shows: Please contact us before leaving any negative of neutral feedback.

EasyCAP drivers for Windows 8, 8.1 and 10

As soon as I close it, it pops right back out. I suspect it is working but … What audio recording software does it work with? Has anybody got this to work with Windows 8. Paul, can you share how you got yours to work. Are you using Windows 8. Saved me a lot of money I would have spent on a new device. I have never used the EasyCap to capture audio.

It is the cost-effective solution to replace commercial VCR tape recorder, which also supports stable digitize video record and easy manages the recorded data via index of date and time. Between each driver install restart your computer and try again.

Initially worked and editing was good. This is a Windows problem. I would have never though to use my phone! I spent a lot of hours to find a solution.

My capture software is NCH Debut which is free for non-commercial use. You saved my bacon.

After taking ownership of three folders related to drivers on system32, I was able to get the easycap working. I am not sure this is going to solve your problem, since I did not have the driver installed when I updated Windows.

The driver you state are for Windows 8 are for Windows 7 and Vista.
